Delete Account & Data Request
Request permanent deletion of your Client Mitra account and personal data.
Delete it yourself, instantly
The studio owner can permanently delete the studio from the app: Settings → Account → Delete studio. For your protection it takes three steps:
- Type your account email.
- Retype a 9-character confirmation code shown on screen.
- Enter a 6-digit one-time code we email to the owner.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings first.
What gets deleted
- The studio and every team login, including sign-in records
- All clients, leads, bookings, payments, team members and assignments
- Email delivery logs and contact messages tied to those addresses
We keep no copy. We cannot erase payment records held by Razorpay or banks, emails already delivered to recipients, or encrypted infrastructure backups and logs, which expire on their providers' schedules.
Can’t sign in? Ask us to delete it
